Process Handover
The cross-user process overview and batch reassignment of a departing user's requests and tasks to another owner. Run it before deactivating them.
List all processes for admin view
Retrieve a unified list of all active processes (PRs, POs, Approvals, Accountant Tasks) across all users.
Reassign processes to a new owner
Reassign one or more processes (PRs, Approvals, Accountant Tasks) to a different user. The batch is atomic: if any process cannot be reassigned the whole batch is rolled back and an error is returned. On success every process in the batch is reassigned.
